We do not sell personal information, and we do not use beneficial-ownership or governance data for marketing unrelated to the engagement in which it was received.
3. Structure-Specific Data Practices
3.1 Holding-company register (Tier A)
Ownership registers, shareholder and member records, and control documentation for Tier A structures are maintained under corporate record-keeping rules and, for regulated classes (bank, thrift, utility, insurance and railroad parents), under the disclosure and confidentiality rules of the supervising regime. Public filings necessarily disclose some information; we limit voluntary disclosures to what engagements require.
3.2 Headquarters and subsidiary management (Tier B)
Employee, officer and director records held by management offices are handled as employment and governance records under applicable law. Intercompany service agreements, delegation instruments and management-fee records are retained as part of the corporate record.
3.3 Beneficial-ownership reporting
Where we prepare or file beneficial-ownership reports, the identifying information submitted to reporting authorities is limited to what the reporting statute requires, transmitted through required channels, and retained as needed to evidence compliance.
3.4 Family and personal holding structures
Personal holding companies and family offices involve sensitive family financial information. Access within our office is restricted to the engagement team, and disclosures to third parties occur only at the client's direction or as required by law.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses only limited technical storage necessary for page delivery and basic traffic measurement. We do not deploy advertising trackers, cross-site profiling cookies or third-party marketing pixels. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; the site will remain functional.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Filing authorities: secretaries of state, FinCEN, banking and insurance regulators, courts and other authorities as required by law or necessary to effect a filing;
- Service providers: registered agents, formation services, hosting providers, banks and IT vendors under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- Professional advisers: your counsel, accountants and advisers as instructed by you or reasonably necessary to the engagement;
- Legal process: where disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or to establish or defend legal claims;
- Protection of rights: where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, our clients or the public;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization, subject to continued protection under this Policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
6. Retention
Corporate records are retained for the life of the structures we administer and thereafter as required by statute of limitation, tax and record-keeping rules — formation documents and registers permanently or near-permanently; engagement and billing records for the periods applicable law prescribes. When retention is no longer required, records are securely destroyed or de-identified.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to corporate records — access controls, encryption in transit, restricted records storage, personnel confidentiality obligations and engagement-level separation of client files. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we investigate and respond to incidents consistent with applicable breach-notification laws.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction and the capacity in which we hold your information, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of information no longer required for lawful purposes;
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing communications;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

Where we process information as administrator for an entity, requests may need to be routed through that entity's governing body.
